 RETURN POLICY:

M1-80% Lower Receivers & Universal Milling Jig can be returned 7 days from the date of delivery. They must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".  Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that have been shipped to a customer and are not damaged or a manufacturer defect.  There is a 10% restocking fee for items that have not shipped to a customer.  The restocking fee is to cover credit card fees incurred by M1 and administrative cost.

*WARNING: Customers are responsible for inspecting there products for defects or fitment issues prior to milling/altering of products. Items that have been milled/altered will not qualify for replacement or refunds.  Lower Receivers that are milled/altered are considered firearms to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and are no longer legal to be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

WARRANTY:

Products manufactured by M1 Machining carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will promptly replace or repair any product that we determine to be defective.

PRIVACY & SECURITY:

We respect your privacy as we would expect to have our privacy respected. We will not spam you with emails if you sign up for our newsletter. Right now our newsletter is a monthly newsletter to show specials and new products that are offered by M1 Machining. We will not sell your information or distribute it in any way shape or form to other individuals or companies.

FIREARMS PURCHASES:

M1 Machining ships direct to valid FFL dealers only.

PRIOR TO ORDERING: Please contact your local FFL receiving the firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. If you order a stripped lower receiver or lower receiver with the parts kit installed, YOU MUST be a legal resident of the state in which you are ordering and be at least 21 years of age to complete the transfer through your FFL*. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. 

There will be a 30% restocking fee on all lower receivers returned because of failed background checks.

*Exceptions – Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

ORDERING RESTRICTIONS:

1. You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use.
2. You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun) or 18 years of age (for rifle).
3. By purchasing the M1-80 receivers, you are not violating any of your local, state, or federal laws.
4. You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
5. You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring a firearm.
6. You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
7. You will not give M1-80 products to any minor.
8. You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring a home made firearm. Please contact the authorities in your area for any possible restrictions. If you do live in a restricted area, your order will be canceled.
